Job description

We're looking for someone to join our ever-growing team operating across Northampton.

Primarily, we're looking for new team members to clean domestic and commercial windows, and occasionally carry out other exterior cleaning tasks.

Pay can start at £15+ per hour, with daily earnings up to £150+, depending on performance and workload.

This can work out to a potential annual income of £35,000 – £45,000+, based on full-time hours and consistent performance.

This is not a minimum wage job – we reward effort, reliability, and quality of work.

Full training will be provided. You’ll be expected to clean to a high standard once trained. Most work is carried out from the ground using a water-fed pole system. You may also be required to clean internal windows after training.

Flexible full-time or part-time hours available, including optional weekend work.

A full UK driving licence is required.

Ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, isn’t afraid of hard work, and is eager to grow with a successful company.

Start time is typically 8:00 am, with flexibility around finish time depending on the schedule and workload.

Previous experience is an advantage but not required.
