Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner, this role can be open to self employed individuals, small businesses or direct employment via our Company payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout our site. This is an important role that helps ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
  • Clean and sanitise staff areas, including kitchens, canteens, and toilets.
  • Ensure reception area is clean, mopped and well presented
  • Dust, wipe down, sweep and mop surfaces, shelving, stairwells, windows, communal areas.
  • Control stock levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management to replenish.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues, hazards, or damaged equipment to management.
  • Support periodic deep-cleaning activities when required.

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
