Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Domestic Cleaner to join our team! In this vital role, you will ensure that residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will create welcoming environments that promote comfort, safety, and satisfaction for clients.

The position is flexible with a typical day hours being 9am-3pm with later finish time possible. The candidate must be available on the same days each week.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures, ensuring all spaces are spotless and well-maintained
  • Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results
  • Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are readily accessible for daily tasks
  • Address client requests promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Follow established health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Whilst previous experience of min. 1 year is required, full training will also be carried out post start date.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and familiarity with various cleaning tools and products
  • Previous experience in the role (minimum 1 year)- with references required
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time during shifts
  • Full Driving Licence (required)
  • DBS checked
  • Public Liability Insurance held

This is a self employed position with an opportunity to develop to a contracted role in the future.
