Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team.

This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across various properties, both domestic and commercial ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Previous experience is not essential, as training will be provided, but a positive attitude and reliability are crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Clean windows on both residential and commercial properties, including high-rise buildings using appropriate safety equipment.
  • Use water fed pole and traditional methods
  • Ensure all work areas are safe and secure during and after cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain equipment in good condition and report any damages or malfunctions promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Manage your schedule efficiently to complete assigned jobs within designated timeframes.

Requirements

  • Valid driving licence is preferred for ease of travel between sites.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks and provide updates as needed.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual cleaning tasks, including working at heights if necessary.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive approach towards work responsibilities are essential.
