Role is based within Glasgow, Scotland – Covering areas within Central Belt

Hours: 40 hours per week, working hours range between 6.30am-4.30pm, depending on work load some weekends and evenings may be required.

Caledonian Maintenance Services Ltd is an industrial cleaning services provider, based in Glasgow. Established over 35 years

All applicants should be well presented and have excellent timekeeping and attendance. Applicants should be physically fit with a good attitude towards work.

  • MUST have full clean driving license
  • Supervisory experience ESSENTIAL.
  • Experience in ALL ASPECTS OF WINDOW CLEANING AND WORKING AT HEIGHTS is an advantage.
  • Starting at £36,400 per annum, dependant on experience

Will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Ensure Cleaning is provided to standards required by contract
  • Supervising staff and organising work load.
  • Monitoring stock levels and replenishing as required.
  • Delivering training to staff.
  • Develops, attracts, retains and motivates an effective and unified team
  • Involve employees in decisions that affect them and giving them a voice in the business and recognising achievements
  • Operating in the best interests of the business at all times
