Job Overview:
We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals who take pride in their work. Our luxury holiday homes across Suffolk need housekeepers to prepare them between each booking and each one usually takes between 3-4 hours.

The job is suitable for people looking for hours to fit around other commitments as the hours are flexible. But we do require some weekend work and school holiday work.

Location: You need to live no further than 20 minutes drive from our office at IP13 8JG. Each job starts from the office where we keep the cleaning equipment, linen etc. The holiday lets are usually no more than 30 minutes drive from the office. Please do not apply if you live further than 20 minute drive from our office.

Pay: We are prepared to pay more than other holiday let agents pay, if you're the right person for this job.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty bins, clean and replace liners
- Clean windows inside where necessary, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and stairs
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of domestic cleaning practices and techniques is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Please note that this position does require working flexible evenings, weekends and school holidays based on the needs of the business.

You will use your own car and be paid mileage which is pre calculated based on the property locations.
