Job Description:

We’re a fast-growing exterior cleaning business looking for a reliable and hard-working individual to join the team, with the aim of becoming the second man in the business.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role working across residential and commercial properties. You’ll be cleaning windows, gutters, fascias/soffits, and assisting on larger jobs like roof cleaning and pressure washing.

Experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided for the right person. What matters most is attitude, work ethic, and reliability.

Pay:

£100–£120 per day (starting at £100 with quick increases based on performance)

What the job involves:

  • Window cleaning (traditional & water-fed pole)
  • Working at height (ladders and roof work where required)
  • Assisting with roof cleans, gutter clearing & pressure washing
  • Travelling between jobs in company vehicle
  • Delivering a high standard of work and customer service
  • Keeping equipment and van clean and organised

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Comfortable working at height (ladders/roofs)
  • Reliable with good timekeeping (non-negotiable)
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience preferred but not essential
