You’ll become a trusted adviser to customers, learning the technical, customer service and appliance knowledge that makes our engineers some of the best in the industry.

The Role

As a Trainee In-Home Appliance Specialist, you’ll receive structured training across multiple areas of the business, including:

* Professional oven cleaning and maintenance

* Appliance servicing and fault diagnosis

* Basic repairs and technical development

* Customer care and communication

* Product demonstrations and recommendations

* Health & safety and compliance procedures

* Working across a variety of household appliances

* Building long-term customer relationships

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers who will coach and support your development every step of the way.

What You’ll Learn

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one.

We’ll teach you:

* How appliances work

* How to diagnose common faults

* Repair techniques across selected appliances

* Professional cleaning methods, including safety testing and best practice procedures

* Customer service skills

* How to confidently manage your own workload

* How to represent Homecare professionally in customers’ homes

Our aim is to develop you into a knowledgeable, confident and trusted appliance professional.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who:

* Enjoy meeting and helping people

* Take pride in their work

* Have a positive attitude

* Are willing to learn

* Can work independently

* Have good communication skills

* Hold a full UK driving licence

Previous experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.
