    • Expected hours: 40 per week.
    • Experience in void properties, end-of-tenancy cleaning, builders' cleans or commercial cleaning would be particularly beneficial.
    • Access to a reliable vehicle.

Job Title: Cleaning Operative/Driver
Location: Various sites across: Edinburgh, Lothians, Fife and Glasgow.
Salary: £12.71per hour + £100 Monthly Attendance Bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:15pm
One Saturday every eight weeks (overtime required)
Flexibility for early starts and late finishes may be required

SCS Cleaning Services Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative/Driver to join our team. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across multiple locations while representing the company professionally in communal areas and client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning communal stairwells in tenement blocks
  • Window cleaning
  • Bulk uplift services
  • Void property cleans and clearances
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Sparkle cleans / builders cleans
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Power washing
  • Bin cleaning services
  • Driving company vehicles daily to various job sites

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours
  • Physically fit and capable of manual work
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
