Location: Newcastle & surrounding areas
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000 basic
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: Between 8:00am – 8:00pm (typical shift 9:00am – 6:00pm)

About the Role

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking and customer-focused window cleaners to join our growing team.

You’ll be responsible for driving a brand new electric vehicle and operating our a reach pole cleaning system on a daily route. This is not a traditional bin cleaning role — No ladders or working from heights.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a service customers genuinely love and appreciate.

What you’ll do

  • Drive your own Binkil electric vehicle to customer locations
  • Clean windows using our reach and wash system.
  • Follow daily routes and service plans via our internal systems/app
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of cleaning and customer service
  • Represent Binkil professionally — uniform, attitude and reliability matter
  • Report any issues to the operations team
  • Carry out basic vehicle/machinery checks and keep your van clean and presentable

What you’ll need

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident driving and good local area awareness
  • Aged 21+ (insurance requirement)
  • Reliable, punctual, self-motivated attitude
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Professional and respectful approach — you’ll be working in residential neighbourhoods
  • Driving / delivery / waste / hygiene service experience is helpful but not essential
  • Willingness to learn — full training provided
