Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor/Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the site. Supervising a team of on site cleaners, as well as working hands on with required daily tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. .

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage on site team of Cleaners reporting into Area Manager.
  • Clean and sanitise designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
  • Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is maintained in good condition
  • Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are covered efficiently
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises to promote health and safety

Skills

  • Preferred 1 year experience as Cleaning Supervisor
  • Proficiency in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact politely with clients and visitors
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently within the team
  • Organised with attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Shifts

  • 5 Days per week - required to work some weekends - Flexability in working hours is required.
