Overview
We are seeking a reliable Window Cleaner who has previously worked for a dedicated window cleaning company to join our team. We are based in Cranleigh Surrey, and you must be able to travel to the business premises daily. We do not provide a van to take home.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves cleaning windows for both residential and commercial properties.

This role requires the candidate to have a full UK driving licence, and be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.

The role is full time, Monday to Friday and occasional weekends to meet the demands of the business. Working hours are 7.45-4.15. (8 Hour shift)

Pay rate is subject to experience and and continuous review.

This role is employed and you will receive the following benefits:

Your duties will include:

  • Window Cleaning using Reach and Wash equipment and traditional methods.
  • Gutter clearing, Patio and Driveway cleaning amongst other services.
  • Cleaning a mixture of both Domestic & Commercial properties
  • Safely operate ladders and other equipment to access high or hard-to-reach areas.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have the following:
  • Proven experience in window cleaning is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Physical fitness is necessary, as the role involves lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
  • Valid passport or birth certificate
  • If applicable – a valid visa and right to work in the UK
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • CV
