Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our window cleaning team.

This role involves cleaning external and internal windows for our commercial customers across the country so long distance driving is involved within reason nothing further than 2 hours.

4 days a week commercial and one day on residential window cleaning

Times are usually 3am till 12noon for commercial days and 8am till 4pm for residential days. 5 days a week Monday to Friday

We also do gutter cleaning, jet washing and other services which again helps with variety.

Monday to Friday work, 40- 45 hours a week

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Will have the ability to use both traditional and WFP methods .

Previous experience is not essential but is an advantage to progress sooner, as training will be provided, but a positive attitude and reliability are crucial.

You just get to and from the yard with your own vehicle as vans are not taken home!

Responsibilities

  • Clean windows on both residential and commercial properties, including high-rise buildings
  • Use water fed pole and traditional methods
  • Ensure all work areas are safe and secure during and after cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain equipment in good condition and report any damages or malfunctions promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Manage your schedule efficiently to complete assigned jobs within designated timeframes.

Requirements

  • Valid driving licence is preferred for ease of travel between sites.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks and provide updates as needed.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual cleaning tasks, including working at heights if necessary.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive approach towards work responsibilities are essential.
