We know how important it is for customers to have a regular cleaner they know and trust. That's why we focus on building long-term arrangements, giving you the opportunity to establish a consistent routine and regular work.

What will the job involve?

Duties will vary slightly depending on each customer's home, but will generally include:

• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
• Dusting and polishing surfaces.
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs.
• Mopping or steaming hard floors.
• Cleaning internal windows and glass.
• General household cleaning to maintain a clean and tidy home.

You don't have to take on every type of clean. If you prefer regular domestic cleaning and aren't interested in deep cleans or end-of-tenancy work, that's absolutely fine.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for people who take pride in their work and understand the importance of providing a reliable, thorough and friendly service.

You'll need to:

• Be reliable, trustworthy and conscientious.
• Have a good eye for detail and take pride in your cleaning.
• Be comfortable working independently in customers' homes.
• Be a driver with access to your own vehicle, as some customers live in areas that are difficult to reach without transport.
• Be aged 18 or over, as required for our insurance arrangements.

Previous domestic cleaning experience is helpful, but reliability, a positive attitude and a willingness to do a good job are equally important.

If you're self-employed and already have your own customers, this could be an excellent opportunity to top up your existing cleaning round with additional regular customers in your preferred area. You can tell us when you're available, and we'll look to match you with suitable customers.

Important information

This is a self-employed position, not employed work. You will be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance obligations and will not receive employee benefits such as holiday pay or sick pay.

Work is built up gradually as suitable new customers become available, so we cannot guarantee a particular number of hours from the outset.
