Full job description

We are currently looking for CSCS Welfare Labourer for a brand new contract starting in Bexhill-on-Sea, TN40 1DP. This contract will likely run into 2027 for the right candidates.

The ideal candidate must have, CSCS Card, full PPE and a minimum of two working references.

Role of the project:

  • Full window removal and deglaze for off-site refurbishment.
  • Mopping, cleaning and keeping site tidy at all time
  • Hours 8am to 4pm, 45min paid break.
  • All PPE and tools supplied, but own tools welcome.
  • Duration until December 2026.
  • The site will still be fully operational as an arts centre and café, so vitally important the guys are sensible and able to communicate.
  • We do not have parking on site; there is car park next to the site that is £7 per day. There may be free parking nearby. We will not be paying for parking of any operatives.

You will be working for a well known Windows and Restoration company who work all over the UK.
