Window Cleaning jobs in Witham

We are looking for an experienced, hard working and reliable Cleaning Operative to come and join us at a college in Chelmsford!

Please be aware you must have a current DBS check to apply for this position, or be willing to apply for one yourself that costs roughly £16.

Monday to Friday (term time only plus 10 hours during summer holidays)

6am-8am

Must have a minimum of 1 years cleaning experience

Position is available to start on Monday 6th January! You will be required to come in for 2 trial shifts before the school closes for Christmas on 20th December

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, classrooms and communal areas
- Empty bins and replace liners as needed.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations for maintaining cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
- Proficiency in cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough task completion.
- Good time management skills to efficiently fulfil assigned duties within designated timeframes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
