Role Overview:
As a Trainee Installation Technician, you will work as part of our experienced fitting team to install shutters in customers' homes. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade, gain hands-on experience, and develop a career in a growing company. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of bespoke shutters in customers' homes.
- Learn to measure and fit shutters accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with senior technicians to develop technical skills and knowledge.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Experience requirements
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Basic DIY skills or an interest in hands-on work is a plus.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
