Experienced Window and Door Fitter

We are delighted to announce a rare opportunity to join one of Bristol's finest home improvement companies.

The Role:

Experienced full-time fitting team for our Bristol-based business.

Must have proven experience in the installation of aluminium and timber windows; Be competent in sash-box replacement and have excellent finishing skills.

The successful candidate/team will be able to demonstrate reliability and motivation to get the job done correctly and have an exceptional eye for detail.

They must be able and willing to work alone or as part of a team, as the installation project requires. They must install our product as specified. They must always represent the company in the best possible light, producing a high standard of workmanship and professionalism and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

They must be able to work unsupervised in the customer's home (references will be required).

We have an extensive product range with mid-market to high-end systems, including Rationel, Sunflex, Roseview sliding sash windows, the Aluco Steel-Look range, the Fabco W20 steel system, as well as several premium PVCu products.

We are a BSI Kitemark installer with over 45 years of continuous trading.

We conform to the standards set out by BSI, and an external auditor regularly assesses our installation teams.

The package:

Excellent rates of pay (to be discussed during interview)

5-Day Week (Monday - Friday), weekend work available if desired.

Use of a company van will be provided for lead fitters.

Training provided for new products as necessary.

Job Types: Self-employed - CIS.

Lead fitter salary: up to £48,000.00 per year plus bonuses.

Fitter's mate - negotiable.

Additional information:

Must possess a clean driving licence.

An MTC card is desirable but not essential.
