Location: Site-based within approximately 50 miles of Lincoln

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per year (Price work or daily rate available)

Due to a significant increase in demand, we are expanding our installations team and service department. We take pride in our reputation for high-quality installations and specialise in:

• Windows and doors
• Solid roofs

We are looking for experienced window and door fitters to join our team. Whether you’re an existing fitting team or an individual fitter looking for a work partner, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in installation.
• Experience with uPVC windows & doors, composite & solid core doors, and aluminium windows & bi-folds to building regulation standard is required.
• Familiarity with conservatory roofs (glass and warm roofs) is beneficial but not essential.
• A reliable all-rounder, willing to complete other tasks as agreed including some surveying of jobs (with training as needed)
• Excellent timekeeping and communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus – ensuring sites are clean, customer property is protected, and most importantly installations are completed to a high standard.
• Ability to complete service call paperwork.
• FENSA/MTC certification is advantageous but not required.
