Overview

We are looking for skilled and reliable Window & Door Installers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in aluminium systems and a strong background in installation and construction. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality installations across a range of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure and prepare openings for window and door installations
  • Install windows and doors in line with specifications, ensuring correct alignment and sealing
  • Carry out plumb, level, and functionality checks
  • Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Perform on-site adjustments, repairs, and modifications where required (including basic masonry or plastering)
  • Fabricate components for bespoke installations when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience installing with MTC or NVQ Qualification
  • Strong knowledge of installation techniques and construction methods
  • Competence using a wide range of tools and equipment
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
  • Skills in carpentry, masonry, plastering, or general building work are highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Good level of spoken English
