Window & Door Fitter’s MatePosition: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Overtime: Available (Optional / Non-compulsory)
Location: factory located at sheerness, but will be travelling to site in a company van we cover south east, London, Surrey
Salary/Rate: £13.00- £14.00 Per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Window & Door Fitter’s Mate to join our team. Working alongside an experienced installer, you will assist with the daily installation of high-quality windows and doors. This is a fantastic hands-on opportunity to learn a skilled trade from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting the lead fitter with the installation of windows, doors, and conservatories.
  • Loading and unloading the company vehicle with tools, materials, and products.
  • Preparing installation sites and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
  • Handling tools and materials safely under guidance.
  • Delivering excellent customer service while working in residential or commercial properties.

What We Are Looking For

  • A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
  • No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided—though any prior experience in window fitting, carpentry, or general construction is a distinct advantage.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Physical fitness, as the role involves heavy lifting and manual handling.
  • A polite, professional manner when interacting with customers.
