Due to continued growth a, there is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our Installation Expansion! We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced residential UPVC Window and Door installers. The successful candidate will be responsible for UPVC Window, Door and Conservatory installations, promoting outstanding Customer Service by engaging with customers regarding our products and services to create a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience work on residential installs
• The ability to set out, erect, install and glaze i.e. plenty of domestic experience
• Experience in fitting windows and doors with different materials like UPVC and Aluminium
• An understanding of health and safety regulations
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Holding any of the following cards would be an advantage, although isn’t essential if the candidate can demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience

• Completed NVQ Level 2/3 in a construction related course
• NVQ in Fenestration Installation
• CSCS Card
• An MTC card

Responsibilities

• The installation of windows, doors & conservatories to domestic properties
• Working to the project plans laid out by Contract Managers
• Demonstrate a commitment to meeting high-quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret a surveyor’s report, diagrams, and technical drawings
• Show a passion for achieving deadlines and delivering quality work
• Carry out administrative tasks, providing daily evidence of work completed, and any issues faced, through photos and video
• Ensuring all completion documents and paperwork are completed by the customer
• Inspect finished installations to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installation process

This is a permanent full-time role, not a subbie or self-employed position.
