The Job

· Experienced window fitter with extensive experience in fitting and finishing upvc and aluminium windows and doors.

· Work as a fitting team in a work van

· Must have own tools

· Experience of working within differing customer environments including domestic, commercial and rental properties.

· Work to a specific H&S standard

· Must have proven finishing skills

· Ability to liaise with the customer whilst on the job

· Proven experience of measuring and recording surveyed sizes for new jobs including composite, upvc windows and doors, shaped frames, bay windows and coloured profiles, as well as identifying areas of safety glass

· Completing the relevant paperwork to allow the order to be raised

The Person

· Pleasant, confident, and professional person with excellent communication skills, both spoken & written

· As a representative of the company, you will have the highest integrity when dealing with our existing and future customers

· Must have at least 5 years experience working as a window/ Conservatory fitter

· Confident in dealing with Customers, and third parties

· Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail in their timekeeping, paperwork and quotes

· Flexibility, both personally, and functionally.

· Manage time effectively with the ability to multi-task

· Must be able to demonstrate computer ability and literacy to a high standard

· Self-motivated and able to integrate well within the existing team with confidence

· Be flexible and determined in supporting the functions of the company

· Have an enthusiastic and genuine desire to make a positive contribution in providing quality support for our Customers, suppliers, and installation staff.

· We like to project a strong Company image so you will be requested to wear Company issued dress code.

· Full driving licence is essential

The Conditions

· Full-time, permanent role

· Hours 8.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday

· Some Saturday working will be required

· 28 days holiday including bank holidays

· Excellent salary - negotiable depending on experience
