Due to expansion We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window Fitting team to join our team of installers . The ideal candidates will be responsible for the installation, of windows, Doors, conservatories and warm roofs in residential properties.
Must be experienced in the installation of conservatories, warm roofs, lanterns, windows and doors .

This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Must have a driving license and Company vehicle provided.

Duties

• Install, windows, doors and conservatories according to specifications and building regulations.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a perfect fit.
• Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during installations.
• Mastic work and installation of trims / architraves
• Read and interpret contracts to understand installation requirements..
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the installation process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Window & conservatory Fitter . (Minimum 4 years)
• Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools relevant to window fitting tasks.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read contracts and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work at heights safely when fitting windows in upper storeys or on roofs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Highly motivated and excellent people skills.

Pay: £24,420.00-£90,000.00 per year
