Full job description

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Window Fitters to support our experienced installers with the fitting of premium uPVC, aluminum, and timber products.

While experience in carpentry or glazing is preferred, it is not essential. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our company. As part of our growing and busy team, you will help us maintain our high standards of service and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced installers in the fitting and installation of premium window products.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers when required.

What We Ask from You:

  • A full, clean UK driving license.
  • Punctuality: You must be able to arrive at our Shoreham location by 7:30 AM (finish times may vary).
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
