Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window blind Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with experience in various aspects of carpentry and fabrication. This role involves working on-site to install window blinds treatments, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and draperies, according to specifications.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations efficiently and safely
  • Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
  • Conduct fabrication tasks as necessary for custom installations.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met during the installation process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or maintenance person roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating and project planning.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to installation tasks.
