Overview
We are seeking a skilled Window Blinds Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of various window coverings, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DIY skills, Power Tool Operation, and installation techniques, along with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Install a variety of window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, awnings and curtains, in residential and commercial settings.
- Measure and assess window dimensions accurately to ensure proper fitting of treatments.
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during installations.
- Interpret schematics and installation instructions to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform necessary adjustments to ensure that installations are plumb and level.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for window treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients post-installation.
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to installation tasks.
- Experience in plastering, masonry, painting, or electrical work is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for accurate installations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to fabricate solutions as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
