Full job description

We are currently seeking a Window Fabricator & Fitter to be based at our small estate in Hockley, Essex, where you will be responsible for manufacturing high quality products.

The Window Fabricator will be for in-house manufacturing only, making and fitting windows for care homes.

You will need to be able to undertake the following:

  • Experience in a practical role in fabrication, construction or a similar sector.
  • Ordering of materials.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Maintain high standards of workplace housekeeping.
  • Proven reliability with a good attendance record and timekeeping record.
  • Experience in window fabrication would be beneficial
  • Once the windows have been manufactured they will need to be delivered, therefore, it is beneficial that you have a full driving license.
  • Where there is slack in window fabrication duties you will be required to carry out other general maintenance tasks on the estate within your capability.
  • Driving license is essential

Windows are manufactured and fitted within our properties only. The Company's properties are within Essex and Leicestershire.

This is a full time position sometimes including weekends, days must be flexible.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
