Window & Door Fitters & Surveyors

FrameHouse Windows is looking for experienced Window & Door Fitters, Fitting Teams and Technical Surveyors to work with us across Bristol and surrounding areas.

We’re building a network of reliable, experienced professionals who take pride in their work and want regular opportunities with a growing window and door company.

Fitters / Fitting Teams

You will be carrying out residential installations including:

  • PVC-U windows
  • Composite doors
  • French doors
  • Sliding/patio doors
  • Bay windows
  • Removal of existing windows and doors
  • Trimming, sealing and making good
  • Completing installations to a high professional standard
  • Providing excellent customer service in customers’ homes

We’re interested in both individual installers and established fitting teams.

Technical Surveyors

You will be responsible for carrying out accurate pre-installation surveys following confirmed customer orders, including:

  • Final manufacturing measurements
  • Confirming window and door specifications
  • Identifying structural and installation requirements
  • Checking access and potential installation issues
  • Ensuring specifications are correct before manufacture
  • Producing accurate survey documentation

Previous window and door surveying experience is required.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Proven window and door industry experience
  • Own suitable van/vehicle
  • Own professional tools and equipment where applicable
  • Relevant industry qualifications/competency certification for the work undertaken
  • Appropriate public liability insurance where required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High standard of workmanship
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Ability to cover Bristol and surrounding areas

Proof of relevant qualifications, competency and insurance may be required before work is allocated.
