Overview

About the opportunity

Due to continued growth, a strong workload and upcoming projects, ETC Group and GM Roofing are looking for experienced Roofing Installers and Window & Door Installers to join our established teams.

We welcome applications from experienced individuals and established fitting teams seeking either full-time employment or regular self-employed/subcontract work.

Our projects cover domestic and commercial properties throughout Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and the wider Midlands. We are looking for reliable tradespeople who take pride in their work and want consistent opportunities with an established local business.

Key responsibilities

Depending on your trade and experience, your work may include:

  • Completing roofing or window and door installations to a high professional standard
  • Working safely and efficiently on domestic and commercial projects
  • Protecting customers’ homes and keeping work areas clean and tidy
  • Identifying and resolving installation issues
  • Communicating professionally with customers, colleagues and site contacts
  • Following company procedures and relevant health and safety requirements
  • Working independently and as part of an installation team

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in roofing or window and door installation
  • A consistently high standard of workmanship
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A reliable and professional approach
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer-service skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A CSCS card is preferred but not essential
