Steel Door Company specialises in designing and supplying high-end glazed steel doors. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding quality and service to customers across the UK. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and professional Installer to join our team full-time.

The Role

We are seeking a clean, tidy and well-presented Installer who takes pride in their work and is confident working in customers’ homes. You will be responsible for fitting bespoke glazed steel doors to the highest standards, ensuring accuracy, safety and exceptional customer experience at every stage.

This role requires technical skill, attention to detail and a professional approach. You will be representing the company on-site, so being approachable and comfortable in customers’ homes is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install bespoke glazed steel doors with precision and care
  • Ensure every installation meets company quality and safety standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers during installations
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment at all times
  • Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner
  • Work flexibly across the UK with regular travel
  • Be willing to work overtime with uncapped earning potential

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in door or window installation, joinery or a similar trade
  • Experience with external door or window fitting would be highly beneficial
  • High level of attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Professional, clean and tidy presentation with strong customer-facing skills
  • Comfortable working in customers’ homes and delivering an excellent experience
  • A full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
