Company Overview: At JTP Joinery, we specialize in the manufacture and installation of high-quality timber windows and doors. Serving South Devon and the surrounding areas, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

Position: We are seeking an experienced installer or a skilled carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in installations, particularly within residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install a variety of timber windows and doors in customers' homes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct on-site.
  • Work efficiently within a team to meet production and installation schedules.
  • Perform basic building work, including plastering and rendering (training provided).

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in carpentry or joinery is essential.
  • Preferred experience in the window and door industry.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Experience working in clients' homes and handling face-to-face interactions with customers.
