Signage / Vinyl / Film Installer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Pro Display to cut, prepare and install our range of Smart Glass Films, Projection Films, Digital Signage Products and Solutions.

Pro Display are looking for an experienced candidate who is able to manage a job, work under pressure and deal directly with our valued customers.

The company is based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire and installations are predominantly around the UK (some international work). The candidate must be able to drive and be prepared to travel each week to customer’s premises / homes (overnight stays are required on certain jobs). You must be able to work alone or as part of a small installation team and have a keen eye for detail with previous experience applying sign vinyl films / graphics / manifestations and/or solar window films. When not working onsite the candidate will be working alongside the production team to help and assist with the production of our unique display products and solutions.

Job Duties

· Meeting customers and undertaking site surveys

· Sourcing materials for installation jobs

· Preparing and Installing switchable smart films, projection films and anti glare film

· Preparing and Installing digital signage products and solutions

· Working alone or as part of a small installation team

· Working within current health and safety legislation

· Providing training and handover of projects

· Providing technical support to customers

· Assisting the production team in the factory

· Driving the company vehicles to nationwide installations

Essential Qualifications and Skills

· Keen eye for detail

· Ability to work in a team or on their own

· Full UK driving license

· Previous experience

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Friday – 8.30am - 5:00pm (39.5 hours per week plus overtime as required)

Holiday: 5.8 weeks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
