Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitting windows and doors, ensuring that installations are completed to the highest standards. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist a senior installer with the fitting of various types of UPVC windows and doors
  • Organise and prepare windows before installation
  • Load and unload company vehicles
  • Use hand tools and power tools effectively
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Carry out finishing work on installed windows as required
  • Ensure sites are left tidy by removing surplus materials and debris

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Window Fitter or in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Smart presentation and punctuality
  • A full clean driver’s licence
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • The confidence to work using their own initiative when necessary
