We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with a variety of products, as well as a strong understanding of quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing Windows and Doors, performing routine adjustments if needed, and troubleshooting any issues that arise on site. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, Upvc and Aluminmum Window and Door systems.
  • Perform maintenance and repair work on windows and doors.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to fit components together.
  • Follow safety procedures when working with hazardous materials.

You will be given a company van to use.

You are paid per item:

Window £80 to £120 per window installed (Replacement or New build)

Front door or door leaf £115 each

Full schedule of rates available upon request

Trims supplied

Fully insured Van

Work is all around Reading, so little driving.

4 to 6 items a day, more if required, 9 month orderbook - This is a permanent role in the largest Independent Window Company in the Thames Valley.
