Experienced Installer – Windows, Doors & Conservatories
£30,000–£45,000 | Full-Time | Cheltenham & The Cotswolds

Are you an experienced installer who takes real pride in your work?

The Little Conservatory Company is growing, and we're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Window, Door & Conservatory Installer to become part of our team.

We specialise in designing and building bespoke Creative Living Spaces, from conservatories and orangeries to extensions and home garden offices. We also install a wide range of premium uPVC, aluminium and timber windows and doors.

As part of our continued expansion, we're looking for someone with a great attitude, excellent workmanship and a commitment to delivering the high standards our customers expect.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience installing windows, doors and/or conservatories
  • Experience working with uPVC, aluminium or timber products
  • Good practical and problem-solving skills
  • A professional approach when working in customers' homes
  • A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • A full, clean UK driving licence

Experience within the double-glazing industry is preferred. If you're an experienced tradesperson with transferable skills and the right attitude, we'd still like to hear from you. Training can be provided.

What you'll receive:

  • £30,000–£45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • Permanent, full-time PAYE employment
  • 7:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • 24 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays on PAYE
  • A varied range of bespoke projects
  • The opportunity to join a growing and dedicated team

We will also consider applications from self-employed installers.

Applicants should be based around Cheltenham, Gloucester or Tewkesbury.
