Job Introduction


We are seeking a proactive Membership Administrator to support DBLeisure Centres, delivering efficient and customer‑focused membership administration. The role involves managing member records, handling enquiries, processing Direct Debits, reconciling payments and producing reports, all while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. You will have administrative experience, enjoy working with the public, be confident using Microsoft Office systems and thrive in a busy, team‑based environment, bringing flexibility, initiative and a commitment to excellent service.

Hours: 20 Contracted Hours per week - Monday to Friday 1pm - 5pm
Location: Halesowen Leisure Centre, Pool Road, Halesowen
Salary & Grade: £25,185 per annum, pro-rata - Grade 3


Workplace Attendance: Onsite full time
