Full job description
Jennor Timber are a successful family run business, established in 1980 who due to further expansion have an opening in our busy machine shop for an experienced wood machinist.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work as part of an outstanding and friendly team. Working within a skilled team you will be confident in operating various machines to manufacture all types of timber Joinery products.
Key responsibilities
Duties include:
- Producing Cutters
- Operating various woodwork machinery
- Ability to take accurate measurements
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with ability to produce good quality work
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Preparing & Sawing wood within our mill
- Manual Handling
- Working to a high standard
You will be able to demonstrate you have relevant qualifications and experience to fulfil this role.
Wages dependant on necessary experience
Hours of work - 7am-4pm Monday-Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
