About Reason8

Reason8 is a premium web design and SEO agency for owner-led B2B businesses.

Small by design, considered in everything. We win work through our own reputation and search presence, not cold outreach. You'd be our first senior hire, working directly with the founder, and the person delivery is built around as we grow.

The role

You own your projects end to end. Design in Figma and build in WordPress and Elementor, to our written delivery standard, and own the client relationship while you do it: updates, calls, handovers. You are the final quality check on your own work. There is no layer above you redoing or re-checking what you ship.

This is a senior role in responsibility, not just title. The founder is stepping out of delivery; you're the reason that's possible.

What you'll do

  • Design and build premium WordPress sites end to end
  • Own day-to-day client communication on your projects
  • Hold work to the Reason8 delivery standard before anything ships
  • Improve the standard itself as you find better ways of working
  • In time, lead and quality-check junior production staff

You're probably

  • 5+ years in agency or studio web design and build
  • Fluent in WordPress and Elementor; strong design eye, not just a builder
  • A genuinely good communicator - you've run client relationships before, not just tickets
  • Comfortable being the final word on quality, and uncomfortable shipping anything below it
  • Organised enough to run multiple projects without being chased
