Monday to Friday - 1 day WFH

Core Purpose

Lead and optimise the organisation's digital marketing strategy, with a primary focus on the website as a key channel for brand visibility, lead generation, conversion, and commercial performance.

Website & CMS Management

  • Own and manage the company website.
  • Build and update pages using a CMS.
  • Create landing pages for campaigns.
  • Ensure strong user experience (UX), brand consistency, and content quality.
  • Monitor website performance and coordinate improvements with developers.
  • Apply SEO best practices across website content.

Analytics & Performance

  • Monitor website performance using GA4.
  • Track conversion rates, user journeys, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyse data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Create regular performance reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution across campaigns.

Digital Marketing Expertise

Strong understanding of:

  • PPC (Google Ads)
  • Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • SEO
  • Email Marketing
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
  • Digital analytics and customer journeys

Agency & Partner Management

Content & Brand Management

  • Guide creation of engaging digital content.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve UX, SEO, CRO, and website performance.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, CRM, and external agencies.
  • Translate marketing requirements into website and digital solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven Digital Marketing Manager experience

Strong website management and CMS experience

Data-driven with excellent analytical skills

Experience managing agencies and external partners

Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email Marketing and CRO

Excellent project and stakeholder management skills

Experience in B2B, B2C, membership, hospitality, professional services or similar customer-centric environments

Degree educated, with digital marketing qualifications (CIM, DMA, Google Certifications) desirable

A candidate who combines website ownership, digital channel expertise, analytics, agency management, and commercial thinking while being able to use data and customer insights to continually improve digital performance, lead generation, and conversion.
