This is a fantastic opportunity for a college leaver who is looking to gain valuable experience in administration, customer service, marketing and social media within a stylish and design-led business.

About the Role

This is a varied role where no two days will necessarily be the same. You will provide essential administrative support to the team while also helping us showcase our work and brand across social media.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with customer enquiries and bookings
  • Updating and maintaining customer records
  • Assisting with quotations, orders and general paperwork
  • Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
  • Showcasing our latest bathroom designs, products and completed projects
  • Creating social media posts, stories and reels
  • Helping develop new creative ideas to promote the business
  • Keeping our social media presence fresh, professional and engaging
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks

What We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need previous experience — we're more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude.

Ideally, you will be:

  • A recent college leaver looking to start your career
  • Friendly, confident and approachable
  • Highly organised and reliable
  • Comfortable using computers and social media
  • Creative, with a good eye for design and presentation
  • Interested in interiors, fashion, design or social media
  • A good communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Keen to learn and develop new skills
  • Able to work independently while also being a great team player

Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok or other content-creation tools would be an advantage, but full training can be provided.

The Working Pattern

The position is Monday to Saturday on a two-week rotating pattern:

2 weeks: Monday – Friday
2 weeks: Tuesday – Saturday

This gives you a varied working week while providing regular weekends off.

Why Join Us?

You'll be joining a friendly, design-focused business where your creativity will genuinely be encouraged. This is more than a traditional administration role — you'll have the opportunity to develop skills across administration, marketing, social media, customer service and the luxury interiors sector.

If you're a motivated and organised with a creative personality, a passion for beautiful design and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
