Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Lead to oversee and coordinate clinical operations across various care settings. This pivotal role involves guiding healthcare teams, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Clinical Lead will serve as a key driver in fostering a compassionate, efficient, and innovative environment that prioritizes the well-being of individuals under our care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead clinical initiatives, mentor staff, and contribute to the advancement of comprehensive healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical guidance and leadership to multidisciplinary teams in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice, home care, and other senior care environments.
  • Oversee patient care plans, ensuring they meet individual needs and adhere to best practices in dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and disability management.
  • Supervise staff members, including nurses, caregivers, and support personnel; facilitate training sessions on topics such as medication administration, anatomy knowledge, and laboratory procedures.
  • Coordinate case management activities to optimize patient outcomes through personalized treatment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards related to assisted living facilities, hospice services, ICU protocols, and medical imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with families and external healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual’s requirements.
  • Monitor clinical operations for quality assurance and implement improvements that enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

Experience

  • Proven experience working in assisted living environments or nursing homes with a strong understanding of senior care dynamics.
  • Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within healthcare settings.
  • Extensive background in patient care roles involving dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or hospice services.
  • Hands-on experience with medication administration, laboratory work, medical imaging, and anatomy fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with managing individuals with disabilities or special needs across various age groups including toddlers and adults.
  • Knowledge of case management principles applied within home care or institutional settings.
  • Prior ICU experience or exposure to high-acuity medical environments is highly desirable.
