Live-In Care Assistant (2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off)
£125 per day | North West London

At Rivendell Care & Support, we are looking for compassionate and experienced Live-In Care Assistants to join our growing team.

This role offers an excellent 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota, giving you the perfect balance between work and personal time while providing consistent, high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

Your role as a Live-In Care Assistant:
As a Live-In Carer, you will support clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Duties include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, bathing)
  • Supporting with mobility and transfers
  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
  • Administering or prompting medication
  • Supporting clients with illness recovery or palliative care
  • Encouraging mental and physical stimulation through activities and outings
  • Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of care experience
  • A valid DBS check (or willing to apply)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to client needs
