Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and reliable Core Drillers to join our team for a project in Milton Keynes / Rugby and Heathrow

Duties

  • Operate core drilling machinery with precision and safety awareness
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare drill sites according to project specifications
  • Manage and maintain drilling equipment, ensuring optimal performance
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of drilling rigs and related machinery
  • Transport equipment and materials using commercial vehicles, adhering to all safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion
  • Monitor drilling progress, record data accurately, and report any technical issues promptly
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times to minimise risks on-site

Qualifications

MUST HAVE CURRENT CSCS

  • Proven experience in core drilling operations or similar technical roles / or
  • Mechanical knowledge relevant to operating and maintaining drilling machinery
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks and operate heavy machinery safely

Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to safety standards, possess relevant technical skills, and have a proactive approach towards their work. Previous experience in the construction or resource extraction industries will be considered advantageous.

Pay: £120.00-£180.00 per day
