About the Role

We are looking for an experienced paid media specialist to join Tweak Marketing UK on a freelance basis. You will take ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts across a range of our clients, working closely with the team to drive performance and deliver results.

This is a flexible, remote role with roughly 10 to 15 hours a week 0 though we are open to shaping that around what each account genuinely needs. We want someone who treats our clients' accounts like their own, stays proactive and communicates well.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Taking full ownership of paid media strategy, setup and ongoing performance for the accounts you manage
  • Attending regular team catch-ups to align on priorities, flag issues and share performance updates
  • Reporting on campaign performance and translating the numbers into clear, actionable insights
  • Making strategic recommendations and working with the wider team to test and improve
  • Staying current with platform updates, algorithm changes and best practices across Google and Meta

What We Are Looking For

Essential

  • Proven hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ideally within an agency setting
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting and conversion tracking
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritising effectively
  • Clear communicator who can work independently but integrates well with a team
  • Reliable, proactive and commercially aware

Desirable

  • Google Ads and/or Meta certified
  • Familiarity with SEO and how paid and organic can work together
  • Experience working with clients across a range of industries

The Setup

  • Freelance / contracted - not a salaried position
  • Fully remote
  • Roughly 10 to 15 hours per week, flexible based on account needs
  • Regular team catch-ups to keep things joined up
