About CST Training LTD

CST Training is an ambitious and rapidly growing private training provider, delivering professional development courses across a wide range of industries — including Leadership and Management and Project Management qualifications such as Prince2, ILM and CMI. Our mission is to empower individuals and organisations with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in today's dynamic business environment. We value honesty and openness, and we promote a workplace built on teamwork and collaboration.

Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join us on a full-time basis, 5 days per week at our head office in Bexley. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the recruitment process and engage with senior business stakeholders on a broad range of business-critical vacancies.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent. You'll support hiring across multiple disciplines, build talent pipelines for future recruitment needs, and contribute to wider talent attraction and workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, Indeed search and market mapping.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate outreach and support shortlisting activities.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Provide market insight and recruitment intelligence to support hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records within the ATS.
  • Contribute to recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

About You: We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, talent acquisition or agency recruitment.
  • Some experience within blue collar construction/trades & labour recruitment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience building candidate pipelines.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed/Glassdoor and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
  • A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What's on Offer?

  • The opportunity to work within a respected and established training provider.
  • A varied role with genuine responsibility and visibility across the business.
  • The chance to contribute to talent strategy, workforce planning and key hiring initiatives.
  • Excellent experience for someone looking to further develop their career within Talent Acquisition.

Benefits

  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment.
  • Great office culture.
  • Additional leave.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Nursery scheme.
  • Unlimited access to financial coaching
  • Free parking (Bexley office).

If you're an organised, driven recruiter who enjoys sourcing top talent and building strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
