Fix Auto Manchester East has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated MET Technician to join our friendly, professional team.

A family run business since 1954, we have continually invested in the latest technology, training and equipment to ensure we consistently provide the highest quality of workmanship and customer care. We have won awards from major insurance companies, and have many manufacturer approvals including Volkswagen Audi Group, BMW & MINI, Alfa Romeo, KIA, Citroen, Peugeot, and Vauxhall.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an MET technician in a BS10125 (PAS/Kitemark) or manufacturer approved bodyshop.
  • Be able to perform diagnostics, wheel alignments, and all aspects of strip & re-fit operations.
  • Ideally IMI / ATA / L3 qualified.
  • Be able to work in a fast paced, efficient and fluid workshop environment.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Have your own set of tools.
  • Be able to work in a Team environment.
  • Adhere to repair methods.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity.
