QUEST is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Copywriter to support the development and launch of innovative beauty products across our portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, this role will focus primarily on New Product Development, creating compelling product copy and supporting marketing materials that bring new concepts to life.

The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, trends, consumer insights, and storytelling, with strong writing skills and an eye for detail. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in marketing and copywriting across product development, marketing, digital content, and emails within a fast-paced beauty business.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take their first or second step in a copywriting, content or marketing career and gain broad exposure to the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

New Product Development

Support the creation and development of copy and marketing materials for new product launches, including:

• Writing full pack copy for new products
• Reviewing samples to ensure copy accuracy and consistency.
• Creating product marketing decks for new launches.
• Supporting product specification documentation and ensuring information is accurately maintained.
• Provide copywriting support for merchandising-focused product development projects.

Digital Content

Support the Digital and Ecommerce teams by creating engaging online content, including:

• Website product uploads and content population.
• Product descriptions and web copy.
• Blog article creation.
• Preparation of blog creative briefs and graphic requirements for design teams.

Sales & Email Marketing Support

Assist with communications that support sales teams across multiple markets, including:

• Supporting the development of email content plans.
• Reporting, adapting and localising content and analytics for different regions and countries.
• Providing copy updates and content recommendations based on business needs.

What You'll Learn

Skills & Experience required

• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics and emerging trends.
• Ability to translate technical product information into consumer-friendly language.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to work cross-functionally.

Desirable

• Degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Previous internship or experience in beauty, FMCG, retail or consumer products.
• Experience creating digital content, blogs or email marketing communications.
• Understanding of product development processes and packaging copy requirements.
