About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced part time Will Writer to join our growing team in the Greater Manchester Area

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves variety — working with clients face-to-face, supported by an experienced legal and admin team based at head office in Bury. You’ll have access to a supportive environment to help you.

You’ll provide expert advice on Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, helping both new and existing clients plan for the future with confidence and care.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meeting new clients in their own homes to take detailed estate planning instructions
  • Reviewing existing clients to review their estate planning and ensure their current plans are up to date
  • Advising on Wills, Trusts, and LPAs in line with company standards
  • Liaising with our in-house legal and drafting teams for complex cases and technical guidance
  • Providing a friendly, professional client experience from start to finish
  • Making the most of all referral opportunities that arise

About You

  • At least 5 years of instruction taking experience
  • Confident communicator with great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a positive, professional attitude
  • Experience in marketing or self-generating leads would be an advantage
  • A caring, trustworthy approach — you’ll be dealing with sensitive and personal matters
  • Manchester based with a full UK driving licence
