Auxilium Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Bid Writer to join our growing team based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who has experience preparing high-quality bids and tender submissions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth by producing compelling, compliant, and professional proposals while working closely with internal departments to meet client requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Writing, editing, and submitting high-quality bids and tender responses
  • Reviewing tender documentation and ensuring compliance with client requirements
  • Coordinating with internal departments to gather relevant information and supporting documents
  • Proofreading and quality-checking all submissions before deadlines
  • Managing bid timelines and ensuring submissions are completed on time
  • Maintaining bid records and documentation
  • Monitoring bid outcomes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Supporting the business development team with proposal preparation and presentations where required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bid Writer or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of tendering and procurement processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Experience using bid management tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
