Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the breakfast team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand standards.
• Manage food safety protocols diligently, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
• Coordinate daily breakfast menu planning, ingredient ordering, and inventory management to optimize food production efficiency.
• Supervise food and beverage service operations, including bartending and serving duties when necessary, to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Train new team members on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, customer service standards, and operational policies.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, motivation, and clear communication to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on breakfast or morning service.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices within a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Experience in managing food safety standards and implementing health regulations effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams efficiently while maintaining high morale.
• Familiarity with barista skills or bartending experience is advantageous for creating specialty coffee or beverage offerings.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations including serving guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant environments that emphasize quality service and operational excellence is preferred.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
