Your new school

Led by Principal Claire Stoneman, the school has undergone significant transformation and improvement. We are proud to be known as a "small school with a big heart", where students are supported in a nurturing and ambitious environment.

Recent highlights include:

Our school values are built around the Three R's:

These values underpin our culture and guide the way we support our students every day.

Your new role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for students, families, staff and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service for the academy.

Working closely with the School Operations Manager and wider administration team, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of reception and wider school operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting attendance administration and student welfare
  • Coordinating appointments, deliveries and meeting room bookings
  • Supporting first aid provision and safeguarding procedures
  • Assisting with school events and wider operational activities
  • Providing clerking and administrative support to the Academy Council, including minute-taking and maintaining governance records

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong communication, organisational and IT skills
  • Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
