We’re a team of collaborative, high-energy and supportive individuals who prioritise customer success. We’re scaling fast, and are now looking to expand our Service Delivery team to support our continued growth and delivery of exceptional onboarding and service experience to our customers.

As our Project Coordinator, you would be responsible for ...

  • Coordinating and delivering the onboarding and implementation journey for new customers
  • Managing onboarding as a structured service delivery project, ensuring milestones and timelines are met
  • Acting as a key point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal teams
  • Communicating clearly with customers so they are informed and confident at every stage
  • Ordering and coordinating equipment to customer sites ready for installation
  • Ensuring all information, equipment, and access requirements are in place ahead of delivery
  • Providing outstanding service, including courtesy check-in calls to ensure customers are happy with their telephone and broadband setup
  • Supporting the successful delivery of projects within a SaaS / technology environment
  • Building knowledge across multiple technologies and services
  • Taking a proactive, responsive approach to work
  • Seeing challenges as opportunities and act with optimism
  • Working as part of the wider Yo team and actively take part in Yo life

What we’re looking for ...

Experience in project coordination, service delivery, or implementation, ideally within a SaaS or technology-led business

  • Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects or onboarding journeys
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail

Office hours
(This is a fully office-based role)

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–5:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm
